please remove sheltermanager vcs import

Hi, could you remove ~vcs~imports/sheltermanager/trunk branch please? The import has failed repeatedly and I no longer need the import as I've done it manually (and I'm not too bothered about version history).

Really well thanks, I think Rosetta is amazing and Launchpad is really helping to get the project better organised.
