Hi,
carlos had indicated that "if you don't know how to write the formula, describe it to us and we will prepare it for you"
so here is my description of how we do it in South Sotho using the word "file"(faele):
1 faele - Singular
2,3,4 difaele - plural
5-21 difaele - plural
The gettext definition can be
Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n>1;
Zero is singular.
Plural starts at 2 and above.
Please advice more info as to how the formula works and I'll confirm the above thereof.
Hope to hear from you soon.

After IRC chat, we found that zero is 'difaele' so the final plural expression is n != 1
Thanks for the info.
