[spam report] Bug 196724 has many spam comments

There are at least three varieties of junk comment in the above linked bug report:
1. "Unsubscribe" requests posted as comments (25, 35, 27)
2. Irrelevant things about unrelated bugs (38)
3. Actual spam (34, 36, 40-44)

An admin should do a full sweep over that bug report's discussion.
