He's making a mess with bug reports. I don't know if he's drunk or a launchpadlib-bot with Tourette's, or just need some serious explanations.

This is the 2nd report of problems we received from this user, after warning him the 1st time. His account has now been suspended.

Here is the message that I sent him today:

It appears that you are still causing problems on various bugs, despite being contacted by us earlier this week. Therefore we are disabling your account due to abuse.
