Launchpad itself

it's about 2 days that i try to upload a progect to you.
It is a translation of an open source game....may be it's not allowed...but does launchpad give a negative answer if the project is not allowed or not valid....or only do not answer?...

Hi Alkatron,

I'm not sure I got your problem. What exactly is not being uploaded? What are you trying to do that Launchpad is not letting you? Do you have links to the pages you're in and the project name or link?

 I uploaded everything project and files...but pot and po files are still
in "need review" status.
I would like to know if it's only a matter of time and launchpad gives a
negative answer anyway....or if it only does not answer
