Remove dead projects

I would like to have these projects removed:

gnome-password-list: no code
matteglass-gnome-theme: code removed, project renamed

It's not clear to me exactly what it is you want done to matteglass-gnome-theme. Do you want the project removed? Or do you want the code removed and the project renamed?

If you want the whole project removed, please confirm here. If you want the code removed and the project renamed, please remove the code yourself, then file a separate question for renaming the project.
