Error Signing Code of Conduct 1.0.1

Hi, I'm new to ubuntu and launchpad. I'm not sure if this is the
proper way to submit a support request or not. I've registered most
of my information including my pgp key. I wanted to sign the code of
conduct 1.0.1. I downloaded the file and signed it per the
instructions and with the same key i registered with. When I click the
"Add" button I get an error.
