cannot import gpg keys from behind a proxy

Asked by Nizar Kerkeni

I can't import gpg keys for PPA in the office where I'm working. We are using a proxy to access to internet. When trying to get gpg key I get this error message:
gpg: requesting key A1F196A8 from hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error

How to get this keys from behind the proxy ?
