update funktion

if i try to use the update the Acer Aspire one a110 stops all funktions
nothing will work... no mouse no keybord
ubuntu will work again when i restart the laptop, but if i try again it stops also

You mean to say that when you update your ubuntu, then this happens???

after some trials i could update the kernel know it means to work... thank you for trying help me
