Approved - But not imported?

I imported a translation template from a Bazaar branch. (Just one, in the folder structure translate/NAME/NAME.pot)

It was instantly "Approved", which I assume means that it passed the system's test.

But it is not yet imported - It has been hours. Is there supposed to be a large gap of time between approval and importation?

For now all translation imports are on hold.
