Project closure: CandeoCMS

Hello. I'm the owner of CandeoCMS.

Unfortunately I decided to change its name to Propero. You can check its new domain at Propero.org.
Fortunately no work related to candeocms has been submited to launchpad, so there's no .

So we are not going to need https://launchpad.net/candeocms/ anymore. Feel free to close/delete it.

Soon I will open a project in launchpad called Propero.
