Please make the ~moblin/+archive/moblin-private-beta PPA public

Hi there

Could you please make the private PPA ~moblin/+archive/moblin-private-beta public? It used to be private stuff but isn't anymore.

Chex, as promised:

You can't simply change between private and public when there are packages in
a PPA. This is because private PPAs use a totally different publishing disk
and librarian. If a new package were to be uploaded after the change, the
repos and librarians would be inconsistent with what LP thinks they have.

Celso is preparing an API script that will copy packages to a new PPA.

The original PPA was kept private and Löic was instructed to copy the packages from the private PPA to a new public one.

When copied the files will be properly transfered from the restricted to the public librarian and everything will be consistent.

As a side-note the webservice API can be used instead of the UI, for copying a huge number of packages quicker, see IArchive.syncSource/syncSources.
