All the translations of an application?

I'm kind of jumping the gun here, because XML Copy Editor isn't active here at Launchpad yet. But when the developer is ready to release a new version, how does one go about obtaining all of the translations? Is there a way to get them all in one fell swoop?

Also, if the translator of the Slovak version, for example, works independently but that po file is posted here at Launchpad, and then someone here corrects one of the translations of the Slovakian messages, how is that information flagged so that it can get back to the developer and the original translator?
