Is there a voting or "I have this problem too" or "I want this feature too" feature in launchpad

We (Sugar Labs) want to make it easier to know what is important to many users. We'd like an easy way for users to "+1" a bug or feature request.

There is for bugs, but I don't think there is for blueprints right now.

On the current bug page, there is a like like:
  Does this bug affect you?

Clicking on this allows the user to select Yes, which adds to the "me too" count.

Can you help with this problem?
