Please either clean up or bump the size of ppa:lubuntu-ci/unstable-ci-proposed

As of the time of writing, ppa:lubuntu-ci/unstable-ci-proposed is at 44.1 GiB (100.00%) of 40.0 GiB. There are lots of old binaries still published.

Could the PPA either get a cleanup operation done, or a size bump to 60 GB?
