Change owner of ~catalystit

Hey,

The current owner - Ricardo Rocha - no longer works for us. Can we please have the owner changed to myself, I'm a current admin of the project.

Hi,

I am also an Administrator of this team and I confirm that Ricardo Rocha no longer works for us and ownership should be changed to Andrew Ruthven.
