User spamming fake bugs

I have strong suspicion that a user is inventing bugs just to cause noise, all his bugs have a very similar structure and no detailed description, just jumbled words and expressions that make no sense (such as "is freeze").

I see another triager besides me already wasted his time, can you please look into banning this user?
