Mirror Scan - Invalid HTTPS Certificate

I have a mirror configured at https://mirror.raiolanetworks.com/. However when it's probed, the probe reports the following:

Connection skipped because the server doesn't have a valid HTTPS certificate.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirror.raiolanetworks.com-archive

Why is this?
