Insert bugs via other site non-Launchpad

I have a site and this site is controlled by Launchpad. It's multilingual site and I likely inserts and update bugs and answers via my site, with language support. Is it possible? Thanks.

Launchpad Answers is not available via the API. It is not possible until a contributor extends Answers to work with the Launchpad API.
