select serie by default for translations

Hello,

for our projects, we would like that everyone that wants to help translating goes in the current stable version by default, and not in the trunk.

for example, for the project openobject-addons, if people goes in https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons and then click on the language they want to improve (let's say french), it directly brings them in https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/trunk/+lang/fr... but we would like to change it to link directly with current stable version, here https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/5.0/+lang/fr.

Is there a way to set the serie to use by default for translations in the project so that we can easily change at next release?

Unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment unless you change the development focus for openobject-addons as well. It's something that's worth fixing, but what we can't commit to in the next month or so.

Please file a bug about it.
