Khmer (km or khm in ISO 639) is spoken in Cambodia (kh or khm in ISO 3166).
There is a section of Vietnam where the people are Khmer and speak Khmer, but you wouldn't really say "Khmer is a language spoken in Cambodia and Vietnam" (as for instance it is defined at omegawiki).

Hi,
I just asked our DBA to add the list of countries where Khmer is spoken. It should appear in next 24 hours.
Thanks for the info.
Cheers.
