I do not think that it makes much sense to move all spam messages of a huge spam attack to the SPAMalot project. That is just waste of time.

In my opinion the important step is creating a question document in the "Launchpad itself" area to inform the admins.

We should probably start a discussion, what the admins need most for effectively fighting spam - a list of messages, or a list of users, or ...?

I ran our scripts and cleaned up SPAMalot. Thank you for reporting.

I agree with Manfred - it seems like a lot of work to actually move the SPAM to SPAMalot and simply notifying as a question here should be enough for the person on support to be able to clean it up.

We have been having a few of conversations within the Launchpad team lately about how to improve the way we deal with SPAM, and we should come up with guidelines on reporting it as well.
