Hi Jeremy, thank you for reporting spam to us. Can you explain why you think this comment is spam? I understand that their account is using the same name as the person behind the recent xz vulnerability, but this is a different account and the text of the comment appears to be non-spammy to me.

The comment looks like someone is making a joke that isn't very funny. I'm guessing it's because this issue was linked to from Reddit.

The account name is clearly fake and the account is not making useful contributions to Launchpad.

I read through this comment multiple times, and I tried really hard to see them in a valid way. In the end I couldn't see how it could be contributing in any way, so I agree that it's spammy.

I addressed the post and the user's account.
