How should I keep my project's htdocs under source control?

I want to keep a revision history and such of my project's website on Launchpad. How should I go about doing that? Should I make a seperate branch/series? It seems a bit silly to have every branch off of the trunk include the website.

A separate series would be one way to handle it, perhaps owned by a specific team who have responsibility for your website. Maybe a separate project would be more the Launchpad way of doing things, though.
