Please set up custom language codes for firefox-3.5 and xulrunner-1.9.1

The firefox-3.5 and xulrunner-1.9.1 packages in Ubuntu Karmic need a custom language code mapping to be set up, like the old firefox-30 and xulrunner-1.9 packages have.

The following language codes need to be mapped:

bn-BD -> bn_BD
bn-IN -> bn
en-GB -> en_GB
es-AR -> es_AR
es-CL -> es_CL
es-ES -> es
es-MX -> es_MX
fy-NL -> fy
ga-IE -> ga
gu-IN -> gu
hi-IN -> hi
nb-NO -> nb
nn-NO -> nn
pa-IN -> pa
pt-BR -> pt_BR
pt-PT -> pt
sv-SE -> sv
ta-LK -> ta_LK (yet to be set up: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+question/80427 )
zh-CN -> zh_CN
zh-TW -> zh_TW

The custom codes are in place. Yesterday I also updated my UI branch that would let us manipulate custom language codes from the UI; we should be able to include that in 3.1.10.
