login error

I can't login.

I created a new account, entered a username and password, and when I tried to login, I was told that my password doesn't match the email addy.

So I tried to use the token emailed to me to start over and got this error ID OOPS-113D348.

I'm just trying to get a cd of the latest Ubuntu so I can install it on my new computer, arriving in a few days, so that it can be entirely windows free! Free! Frrrreeeeeeeee!!!!

God, I am tired of Windoze.

Please help.

There is probably some problem with launchpad servers because you are not the only one experiencing the problem (sorry for "problems" :).
Contact Launchpad Developers https://launchpad.net/people/launchpad.

Make a BUG report to the BUGS section

Another option is to try later..., soon should work

I appreciate your swift response, and knowing that whatever has gone
wrong is not my fault lol.

I don't want to get involved in bug tracking, hunting, or anything like
that at this time. I have plenty of bugs and crapware to worry about
with Windows on my box.

I just want to get a Ubuntu CD so I can keep my new computer, supposed
to be delivered tomorrow, windows free.

This experience doesn't bode well for that changeover.

Is there no way I can just get someone to send the cd?

Hello,

once a token is used to register an account you can't use it again. You should have received a message saying that, though. That's bug 6429 and it's fixed.
Make sure you use the same email address and the same password of you Launchpad account to access https://shipit.ubuntu.com
