Asked by ronmcbee

well XP don't like to be installed on a system that have HD in sata mode.
i have experienced this myself on my laptop.

when i went to HP support, the man just disabled the SATA MODE in front of me and i was able to install XP without any more problems

you can check that you have an option for this or not in your BIOS settings. If not just call/go to your system vender support and they should help you out

this is a XP problem
