Does an iPhone app qualify ?

Hello. I'm the author of the iPhone sister app for Task Coach; technically it's GPL (sources are hosted on the Task Coach SVN repository on SourceForge) but it's not free (as in beer) to get from the AppStore, so regular users would have to use a jailbreaked device to install a modified version.

So, is it considered free here, so I can create a project for translations ? It's not really clear from the licencing page...

Our only requirement for free hosting is that the license qualifies as a free license, and the GPL is definitely a free license. So you are welcome to create a project here.
