need to change project name

The maintainer of the project can change the name of project by clicking "Change Details" .You can also change other details about project from there.

Really? How?

The project page is this:
https://launchpad.net/gps-tracker-akihabara-mapper

I want to change it to
https://launchpad.net/akibamap

As far as I know this type of change is only possible by Launchpad admins. I searched before I asked and this is what I found. I looked at the "Change Details" page (even before you asked) but I couldn't find an option to do this. Please explain more, or if I cannot make this change, please do it for me.

According to this explanation, changing the name used to be possible by the project maintainer, but the option was removed.

Indeed I see no such option, and I researched before I asked my question, like those other guys did. So, please change the project name for me like I asked. I cannot publish the project to my team until you do this.
