Please remove projects hardware-certification-escalation, hwtest and vmware-auto

I have been doing some cleaning up of my team participation and I noticed that a few teams could now be removed:

hardware-certification-escalation: This used to be needed to escalate bugs from hardware certification to the platform team, but this is no longer necessary. I have made sure to reassign all related bugs and there are no branches.

hwtest: This team has moved to the corresponding checkbox* teams. It does not contain any related bugs nor branches.

vmware-auto: This team was originally meant to share code relating to the vmware-auto and vmware-ubuntu projects, but those have been moved under my personal account. The team no longer contains any related bugs nor branches.
