Launchpad itself

How to get launchpad running?

Hello!

I've managed to branch the launchpad 'itself' branch and made it build and install. What should I do next? It seems like launchpad runs on Zope. I don't have any expertise using Zope, how do I get launchpad running on my local machine?

I've search the web through google but there is no documentation anywhere...
