Greasemonkey proj on LP, links it BTS to https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/
but this has now changed to http://greasemonkey.devjavu.com/

where should this be reported?

The new bug tracker is already registered with Launchpad:

You next need to edit bug watches for the mozdev Bugzilla that are for Greasemonkey bugs:

  https://edge.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/mozdev-bugs

Change the URL for each to the corresponding bug report in the DevjaVu tracker. For example, change bug watches of <https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=21299> to <http://greasemonkey.devjavu.com/ticket/283>.

Alternatively, add a new bug watch and change the Remote Watch for the greasemonkey bug task. Looks like you've already added the new bug watch to bug 405070. Next, expand the greasemonkey bug task and change the Remote Watch to "Greasemonkey Bugs on DevjaVu #283" and save your changes.
