Delete project clips-linux

Could you delete the clips-linux project?

I was going to use bazaar to create a branch of the CLIPS project hosted on sourceforge, but apparently Launchpad can't create a branch of the project since they keep the trunk at the root of the repository and not in a trunk/ subdirectory.

Therefore, there isn't a need for the clips-linux project.
