How to drive translation groups to my project?

Hi, i uploaded my new template on Rosetta some week before the new release date of pdfsam. I'd like to know if there's a way to tell to the translation groups something like "this software will be released soon and needs new translations".

I am not part of any translation team but to I have done some sporadically translations and I even tried to take a look at pdfsam but for the moment the translation program (Rosetta) is down I will look back in a few hours time, but the reason why it was not traslated I believe is the rosetta not working at this moment.

No, we don't have, yet, a way to notify translators that kind of things automatically.
