Unfortunately searching in bug comments is not possible through the bug search or advanced bug search pages because of bug 119780:

  GIN indexes cause some searches of bug comments to fail.
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/malone/+bug/119780

However, bug comments *can* be searched from the site-wide search which is available on the front page (https://launchpad.net/) or by typing your query into the text field at the top right of every other page on Launchpad.
