Ido plurality rules: 1 form each for singular/plural

Ido (io) has one form for singular nouns and one form for plural nouns, as with English.

Specifically: I think "n != 1" is suitable for Ido, since that is the rule in use for Esperanto and Ido is a descendant of Esperanto.
