Aquí se ponen las preguntas sobre Launchpad—me parece que ésta se trata de Ubuntu. Si tiene algun problema con el sonido en Ubuntu, por favor lo pona como un Bug en la parte del sitio sobre Ubuntu, en la version actual: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty (o https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid si es Intrepid Ibex, etc.). La maioría de la gente aquí no habla español, pues por favor ponale en ingles!

Si ya hay un bug sobre este problema, hay que volver allá y buscar cual bug es. Cada correo bug que Launchpad envia tendra el link del bug actual: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/.../123456
