Plural forms need to be added in Launchpad for the following languages:

as
Assamese
nplurals=2; plural=(n!=1);

ha
Haussa
nplurals=2; plural=(n!=1);

hne
Chhattisgarhi
nplurals=2; plural=(n!=1);

hsb
Upper Sorbian
nplurals=4; plural=n%100==1 ? 0 : n%100==2 ? 1 : n%100==3 || n%100==4 ? 2 : 3;

nso
Northern Sotho
nplurals=2; plural=(n > 1);

or
Oriya
nplurals=2; plural=(n != 1);

rw
Kinyarwanda
nplurals=2; plural=(n != 1);

Note: the plural froms have been double-checked with those in files from the GNOME and KDE translation projects. For 100% certainty, they should probably be verified by a native speaker.

I am fine with whatever GNOME or KDE does. It would be a mess anyway if we were to differ from them
