Can you clarify your request? The project listed is not a project, it is a branch. I believe you can delete the linked branch by choosing the trash link next to the title.

I can remove the project https://launchpad.net/gearmanjavalibrary, but we do not normally do this for any project that has code or assets that can be used by other launchpad projects.

Yes, https://launchpad.net/gearmanjavalibrary is what I wanted removed. I believe there are no dependencies on this project.
