This is not a bug report, converting to a question.
Do you have the URL for this project? I tried http://launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-daily but that gave me a not found error.

Ok, I think I found it: https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-daily/+archive/ppa

So, the reason is because ubuntu-mozilla-daily is a team and teams don't have bug reports. What I think you want is a way to report bugs on PPA packages.
