Can a team contact form be opened to unlogged user ?

The Belgian LoCo uses a Launchpad team to coordinate effort in organizing events around Ubuntu and FOSS in Belgium. We would like to let even those who don't register in Launchpad to contact this team members using the contact form provided at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-be-events/+contactuser. Most new comers in our community don't have a Launchpad account and are more likely to quit than to create one to contact our team. Off course, once the contact is made, they can be easily guided to create a Launchpad account.

But I don't find any option to open the team contact form to unauthenticated user.

As an alternative, if we set up a form on our own website, does Launchpad provides an email alias to reach all members of a team without its own mailing list ?

It's impossible to that at the moment. If we did it, though, it would open many possibilities for spamming, and we won't do that. Per-team option might be viable, but you'd have to discuss that with relevant developers, and probably through a bug.
