Translation that I've uploaded is marked as "blocked"

I have translated synaptic to slovenian and uploaded my translation.
Now I can see here:

that my translation si blocked. What am I doing wrong?

It was probably due to some old upload that was blocked. I am approving them now, but please let us know if the import doesn't go through and I'll take another look and investigate.
