Even though SpreadUbuntu is technically a beta environment, it is live, fully functional, and actively supported, and surprisingly popular. We currently have more users than some Ubuntu LoCo's, and would greatly benefit from the full Launchpad integration.
If you need a description: SpreadUbuntu is currently a multilingual Ubuntu marketing materials repository designed to make it easy for everyone to spread Ubuntu.
