Information about Launchpad

Asked by Jesus Gamio

I post a poll in http://www.ubuntu.org.ve/?q=node to know if the people know the Launchpad by now

31% have no idea what is launchpad
23% have ear about but no idea what is launchpad
15% don't have idea how to work in launchpad

this mean about 69 % need help to use the launchpad

I am going to start working in a How-to and some Documentation about launchpad in Spanish.

I know Launchpad is not open source but I don't know if this is be a problem to work or share documents about it

Where Can I get official information about launchpad ?
Do you have the tour in Spanish ?

Thank you in advance any idea or suggestion

That's intriguing! I really appreciate your effort in doing this, and
I'd like to know more about how we can help you help us.

That's a great idea. In fact, we've been working hard at adding
documentation to https://help.launchpad.net/ over the previous weeks.
The best person to directly talk to is Matt Revell

There is no problem to share documentation at all. Launchpad is an open
web service, and any project can use us freely -- documentation
definitely helps everybody out.

We only have the tour currently in English. You can get official
information from Launchpad itself, through the answer tracker (as you've
done right now), from the help site I outlined above, and from the team
of engineers that sits on the #launchpad channel on Freenode. If you
have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks again for your effort, it's greatly appreciated.
