Change Name (PPA exists)

Hi I update my account information. Now I need to change the Name, but cant, ppa exists.

I have deleted all packages ( OR copied to a Team PPA) If you delete this PPA, does the copied packages of the Team PPA still exists?

If yes, could you delete the ppa, so I can change the name myself. OR can you change directly Name and PPA Path to: raa

Repository renamed -> http://ppa.launchpad.net/raaa/, LOSAs can just renamed the account manually.
