Size adjustment of PPAs

Asked by Mario Limonciello

Hi:

Originally for the Mythbuntu project we requested that one of our PPAs be bumped to 3GB to adequately handle the weekly builds that get queued up on Fridays. Since moving to more split up PPAs, that one isn't used anymore for anything but test builds.

The main one can be bumped down to 1GB. The other two (fixes-0.21 and trunk-0.22) need to be bumped up as they are both very close to 1GB now, when trying to offer builds for any "supported" Ubuntu release to users.
