Please switch the default branch to lp:~vcs-imports/jabref/trunk-svn

How and where can I ask for switching the default upstream source branch?

I am now the maintainer of JabRef in launchpad.
About 2 years ago, the upstream JabRef developers switched their development
from CVS to subversion. lp:~vcs-imports/jabref/trunk points to the old CVS repository
and lp:~vcs-imports/jabref/trunk-svn points to the new subversion repository.

I want to change the default lp:jabref to the new subversion branch.

By the way, how can I find the documentation about such a "+linkbranch" issue?
