New project group "zope-toolkit"

Hi,

the Zope community would like to restructure their use of Launchpad for the large amount of smaller packages we have by now.

For that we'd like to introduce a project group which reflects our framework-independent core packages and which we named "Zope Toolkit". We kindly ask for a new project group "zope-toolkit".

Our later plans are to get rid of the too general "zope" project group, after moving the projects and cleaning bugs. (I'll file another question once we're ready for that.)
