Hello.
Can anyone rename my account from grommasher to kkszysiu or remove my PPA, please?

Since the PPA was empty (never used) we don't need to do anything else, the repository doesn't exist yet.

Both, repository and signing-key will be created after the first successful source upload and will follow the new account name.

It's all set. Enjoy Launchpad PPAs!
