Can you be more specific about what kind of review? Do you mean review translation suggestions or review translation imports? How did you submit your translation?

Unfortunately, we can't allow projects translating only to a single language. Everybody else would see that, and could contribute translations without them going anywhere.

If you want to translate Magento in Launchpad, please talk to upstream developers and we'd be happy to help them host their translations in Launchpad.
